Stranger in Town (DJ Limited Remix)

One of 2019's biggest drum and bass/reggae tunes makes a return for 2020 with an absolutely huge remix from drum and bass don DJ Limited. Bristol's Riddim Punks first linked up with Jamaican Exco Levi on a remix, then approached the Juno award winning vocalist to work on a track together - the results of which are "Stranger In Town" - a story told through the eyes of an immigrant and social outcast, drawing similarities with the recent Windrush scandal in the UK.

The original and subsequent remix from Gentlemen's Dub Club gained plays accross the BBC network with support from DJs such as Target, Mistajam, David Rodigan MBE and Toddla T. Having released tunes with the likes of Serial Killaz, Playaz, Grid Recordings and Sigma's Life Recordings, DJ Limited has enough weaponry under his belt to take down a full army, securing sets at Fabriclive and festivals including City Flow and K-Town in Belgium.Taking the rich reggae infused vibe of the original and annointing it with his trademark dark and heavy jump up style, this tune has been doing damage on dubplate since last summer, but is now available for all!
