Fresh for the new year comes a new signing to the NICE UP! camp - the Glasgow based multi genre producer Casement. Having remixed the underground banger "Chasing Dreams" by Preacha & Rider Shafique, as well as releases on labels such as Top Billin and Wile Out he also produced the huge "CTRL" by Sheffield grime trailblazer Coco on Toddla T's Steeze imprint last year.

Just as comfortable knocking out 140 grime and dubstep as well as house tempo bangers and jungle, here we find him experimenting in dancehall/bashment styles. "Shards" drops some familiar sounding grime sounds atop a dem bow style riddim, whilst "Cables" keeps the energy up for some wavy bashment vibes. "Night Garden" closes this debut EP with deep twisting sonics and deep bass for the dancefloor. Just a small taste of what Casement has coming - definitely one to watch in 2020!
