Another single from Folding City (aka North American producers Blind Prophet and Self Evident) as they prepare for their debut album on NICE UP! in 2020. Inspired and influenced by underground club music such as grime, dubstep, garage and techno, these genres are brutally atomised and then reconsituted as ever evolving mutant offspring under the Folding City microscope.

"Torrential" is a pounding grimy garage style beast, underpinned by a deep growling sub that wouldn't have sounded out of place at FWD>> back in the day - skippy drums and terrorising synth lines add to the intensity. Meanwhile, the garage influences continue for "Exit Stage", chopping up a familiar vocal over a off-kilter riddim and haunting pads.
